<li>IMAGINATION TRAINING: Access 24/7 online courses led by Jane McGonigal, an IFTF Research Director and bestselling author, focusing on the psychology and neuroscience of futures thinking.</li>
<li>TOOLS TO MEASURE AND BOOST URGENT OPTIMISM: Offering strategies to cultivate a resilient mindset that motivates engagement towards building a better world.</li>
<li>"SIGNALS OF CHANGE" SCAVENGER HUNTS: An activity encouraging members to discover and share real-world instances of hopeful change currently occurring.</li>
<li>10 DAYS IN THE FUTURE: An immersive annual online educational experience designed by IFTF for Urgent Optimists to simulate various urgent future scenarios, promoting readiness and individual roles in shaping a brighter future.</li>
<li>SOCIAL NETWORKING FEATURES: Inclusive of group chat study groups, a forum for sharing and receiving feedback on future scenarios, direct messaging capabilities, and customizable profiles to express individual visions for the future.</li>

WHY IT MATTERS
The world necessitates an increased presence of urgent optimists. Urgent optimism involves three fundamental psychological strengths which can be collectively honed:

<li>Realistic Hope: Balancing positive and cautious imaginings to discern valid worries from opportunities for excitement and positivity.</li>
